Check your trash in your email. I know when I get the notice that says I have a PM, it has the text of the PM inside the notification. So if that's still in your inbox or your trash for your email, you'll be fine.

And if not, i'm sure Meg and Robin will work something out for you.

Did you reply back to Meg when she sent you the PM? If so, that e-mail would be in your Sent box and would have Megs message in the quote (unless you deleted the quote when you wrote back)
