Totally gorgeous. :) I never thought I'd go the "couture" designer route either, but I fell in love with a Paula Varsalona gown...I'll never regret it!!
 
you guys are not helping LOL! The whole wedding was supposed to be under $5000 .... how can I get a dress that is so much???

I guess the guests don't need to eat .... right???
 
It is beautiful! I wonder what it looks like on. I agree that I thought Sarah Jessica Parker too ... it does look like it could be worn to a fancy party too, doesn't it? Does it have a train?
 
Shop around- I called one bridal shoppe and foubnd they were asking the same price for the dress as another boutique. I said "Why should I buy from you?" They offered $150 off, so then I called a third store and said this store will give it to me for X, can you beat that?

Going between the three boutiques in Texas that carried my designer dress, I got it from $1900. to $800!!!! Bargaining baby!!!! Try it!!! :)

That one is gorgeous by the way!
 
it isn't designer ... it is CUSTOM. Like go to the local Bridal Salon and they take your measurement and you pay the designer DIRECTLY kind of couture :(

My mom thinks we can have one made for less.

Oh - and no train .... it is tea length. Here is is on a "real" bride (with a different neckline):
