I keep getting an error when I try to unzip the files that say there is already a file with the same name. So I have tried to rename the files and they still won't unzip. Any other ideas?
 
If I'm remembering correctly, Zoe uses a Mac. They are the Mac files that are giving you "issues" and you don't need them on a PC. You can just skip them.
 
I am not have the encryption problem. It says "There is already a file with the same name as the folder name you specified. Specify a different name." I have tried renaming the files and I have also try the skip button and neither work. What else should I do?

Yes, I do have vista.
 
I have also had this problem with files... the only way I have found to get around it is to double click on the zipped folder, and then copy only the folders or files I need to somewhere on the computer. Then it just copies all the files without the mac stuff.

Switch to a Mac and you won't have this problem! LOL

Sorry, just had to be a smarty pants for a minute!!
