Hello, I just found this website! This looks like such a nice community and I am really interested in starting digital scrapbooking! But, in the meantime, can anyone suggest a good website designer that designs with a "digital scrapbooking" look? Thanks!

When you say website, do you mean a blog? Or are you wanting a commercial website of some kind?

If you're wanting to make your blog look more like digital scrapbooking, Zoe Pearn has some premade sets in the shoppe. Here's an example of one:




She includes complete instructions on installing in blogger, or if you are uncomfortable tackling it yourself, she also has a blog installation service.
 
I do websites! But, most scrap kits, you cannot use for websites or commercial use without permission and/or additional fees. Blogs are a bit different, so you'd have to contact the designer who's stuff you want to use.
