Question for those who watch True Blood online

How does sidereel work? Is it easy? Will I have to download a bunch of stuff to watch? Our directv is down for the week and I'd love to catch up on what I'm missing ....
 
You just need to find the right sidereel link... some sidereel links ask you to DL stuff but you can usually find a link that doesnt require anything and is just streaming. I always pick megavideo if it is at all available because you can make it screen sized.
