OMG! I got someone else's MPT order!

I got two boxes from MPT, one had my 130 layouts in it (I still have to check but it seems like there are triples of some and some may be missing) but the second box had someone else's order in it with my name on it!! :unsure:

I feel so bad! I know people are waiting for really long times. I'm going to contact MPT about it, but I was just so shocked, I had to post.

(I did look at them, I know it's rude, but I thought if it might be someone I recognize from the Sweet Shoppe, I could let them know)
 
Oh man, that's crazy!! I've heard of that happening lots actually, just from reading posts on this board.

I'm not sure what MPT's prices are/were like, but I think I'll be sticking with Green Pixel Printing (Canadian sister site to Polkadot Potato) - I saw my sister's prints and they were excellent and she said she had them within a few days! I bought 30 prints a couple weeks ago but just sent in my JPG's the other day.
 
I am still waiting for my order that I placed over a month ago. The last order I placed and duplicates of some LOs and others were missing. I thought I would give them another chance but I don't think I will be using them anymore.
 
I'd be quite upset if I knew someone else got my order. It could be a real privacy issue. I do hope they are able to work out the kinks, I've seen many threads about printing problems with them lately. And I hate to say it, but it makes me leery of ever using their services.
 
I ordered from them back in September and after receiving a shipment notice and then nothing, nothing, nothing arriving they finally admitted to me that someone else got my order. I was just sick over it. :thumbdown: I will never order from them again.
 
OMG, that is horrible! I would be so angry....first of all to receive someone else's LOs and second of all I would be horrrified if my LOs were being sent to the wrong person! Sounds like they are having all sorts of problems over there!
 
Omg I would be furious if someone else got my layouts.

I have never printed my layouts but if I do I would never order through MPT. Too many issues.
 
Hey...would you mind sending me an email about this order? Mine has been sent, but I haven't received it (order placed 9/30). I know it's a long shot, but I thought I'd check. Ugh, I would be so ticked off! They say it only happens in 0.4% of their orders (that was the stats on DST that were posted) but I just don't believe it.

Ugh, that's craziness!

I do have to say though, I got someone else's book from Shutterfly once. Their pages were in the front half and mine in the back. Weird. It was a gift too, went straight to my grandparents. My grandma called very confused. Anyway, not saying this happens a lot with Shutterfly, but obviously, they aren't perfect either!

Yeah, good luck on contacting them....it took me three emails, a few disapproving posts, and finally a PM at DST. :thumbdown:
