the bad thing about daylight savings...

It' is 6:41 on my computer's clock. I have been up with my almost-one year old son for more than an hour. Everyone else in my house is FAST asleep. I guess someone forgot to tell Simon HE SHOULD SLEEP IN!!!:cursing:

Right there with you...toddlers just don't get the time change lol...tomorrow will be worse though and it'll take him at least a week to adjust to the time change..so it'll be several days of 5 am wake-ups for me :(

Me too...but I did remember about 2 weeks ago that it was coming and I moved my 9 month old's normal night time from 7:30PM to 8 PM, thus moving his normal 6AM waking to 6:30AM. So at least it wasn't like 4 something AM when I heard him this morning......there was at least a 5 the beginning!!! :D :D

Yeah, well that was smart Elizabeth....I have been up since 4:30 with my girlies, and now at 7:38 they are exhausted..and wining...and crying...and fighting...I think I may die.

I usually move them about a week or so in advance, a bit at a time. I forgot this time though, so Rae was grinning at me around 5:30 am. I made her go back to bed, but she never went back to sleep. I expect she'll be very tired tonight, since she's already moping around and yawning.

Yeah that's one thing I hate about daylight savings. My kids are still in bed but probably not for long.

Not a fan here either! My kids will be up ridiculously early for a week or so until they get back in routine!

lmao yeh.. dls sucks with kids who can't tell time yet lmao. I was all confused when I woke up-- for some reason I thought it was tomorrow night lmao.

Yeah, plus it's lighter in the morning so they really think it's time to get up! My girls did okay because my oldest (just turned 4) knows she isn't supposed to come out until 7. She made it to 6:45... and it was dh's turn to get up with them. woohoo :)

I was a tad confused this morning when my cell said it was 8, but the stove said it was 9, lol. :? Took me a few to figure that one out, lol...

Oh man, they need to have automatic DLS clocks internally like the computers LOL

Yeah, Rhett woke me up at 7 (or so my alarm clock said). When DH wasn't home fairly shortly thereafter I looked at the DVR clock and it was 6:41... Yeah, I forgot to change the clocks back last night. I really would have liked that extra hour of sleep...

My kids were up pretty early, but luckily DH got up with them after awhile and I got to go back to sleep for awhile. Of course it's almost noon and I'm still feeling exhausted :(
