Woot! UPS just came bearing gifts... my free upgrade to Adobe CS4. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

I wasn't expecting it for a couple of weeks yet. Of course, I'm scared to actually INSTALL it because I know it'll be different. But I'm pumped to have it!!

dang it. i still use elements. i love it, but i think i've matured enought to move on to a full version. i just don't have that kind of money lying around, lol.
 
Is there a Free CS4 tree somewhere that I need to be harvesting from?! ;)

HAHAHA! Well, I just got really lucky because I bought the CS3 design standard from JourneyEd the same week that they announced CS4. And with Adobe, they do like a post-announce upgrade where if you buy a product within like a month of a newer version coming out, you can request a free upgrade. It was like pulling teeth getting it to go through, I had to fill out forms, send emails, call, fax, etc. But it's SO worth it!
 
I bought CS3 last year and haven't learned all it has to offer yet...so haven't even looked at CS4...afraid I will want it. lol

The same thing happened to me. I bought CS3 about 25 days before the launch of CS4. I got mine last week and I'm loving it!
