Has anyone tried this stuff?

I normally wouldn't buy something like this, but I received a "gift bag" recently at a pharmacy that had this in it...and I sucked it up and put it (I got the pink lemonade kind) in 4 oz of water and took it like a shot, I wanted to see if it would boost my energy or whatever. It wasn't as gross as I though it would be. It wasn't bad at all. It certainly didn't hurt anything, though I'd want to try it more than once to be sure. I looked at the store today and it's $10 for 36 of them...which would probably be a 1-2 month supply for me, I don't know if I'd use it every day or not. I'm trying to decide if it's worth it or not. Anyone know?

couldn't you just pop a few vit c caps.. lol. you just pee that shizz out anyway. I don't see how it's supposed to give you an energy boost.. what else is in it.
