wow. so fun to be me right now.....

The house is a WRECK. We were gone last weekend and we've been busy doing lots of school this week...plus laundry is behind...plus the boys tracked in all kinds of mud and leaves after playing outside yesterday......

So I canceled the appointment for a cable guy to come fix our cable box. But of course he showed up anyway. Right as he got here Sam dumped a whole bowl of cheerios on the kitchen floor and he had to wade through them to get to the family room. I guess that prepped him for the muddy leaves on the family room floor. Oy.

The boys are playing so LOUD. I mean buzzing and chanting and making all sorts of weapon and car noises interjected with an occasional SCREAM when one gets too close to another one's toy.....

I am sure this guy thinks we are C.R.A.Z.Y. :blink:

sounds like my house right about now LOLOL -thankfully we have no 'guests'. (HUGS)

Eh, it's only the cable guy, I'm sure he's seen much worse! Plus, it could have been your neat freak {insert mil, friend, etc here}!

"Welcome to my insanity" is what I call it Emmy! Sounds like my house most days (except on those Sundays when I go Postal and make the boys clean up everything) :blink:

We could be the same person right now....my girls get total run of the house most days and I can hardly keep up. Yesterday I am getting ready to leave for an appointment on time for once and Sophia sat in the bathroom sink and turned the water on. It makes me want to pull my hair out. REALLY! :crying:

Well, think of it like this, maybe you're helping him practice safe sex. My brother said being around my Jack was the best form of birth control he'd ever seen.

yeah, better that it's "just the cable guy" who you'll not have to face again than your MIL with those judgemental looks around the house (oh, wait that would be MY MIL LOL)... :blink:

Ugh. No worries, sweetie. I think all of our houses are like that. At least, I hope so...

And hey, you know what I'm thinkin', too, is that we have to call multiply times to get somebody to come fix anything. Why does your guy come even when you tell him NOT to? So unfair.
