Thanks ladies for all the prayers and good thoughts! I just got home from the hospital and I am EXHAUSTED! Time really crawls at the hospital.
So, Tyrel never even went to bed last night adn was up all night with stomach cramps. I woke up around 5:30 and he was throwing up. Then his pain kept getting worse and worse so we felt he needed to go to the ER. He was looking REALLY pale and sick. :(
So after waiting an hour and a half in the waiting room, we finally saw a doctor and after DH explained his symptoms he immediately said, "sounds just like appendicitis." They gave him LOTS of morphine and it barely helped. Two surgeons came in and confirmed the diagnosis and set him up with a surgery. I knew this wasn't a really dangerous thing to be in the ER for, but I was worried he wouldn't get his surgery soon enough (he was in line behind some trauma patients) before his appendix possibly ruptured. Thankfully, all went well and he is feeling much better though a little loopy from all the meds. He will be staying at the hospital over night and I came home to get Allie to bed.
So, things are okay! I wasn't too anxious and felt peace that everything would work out. Now I'm just worried about how much the insurance will cover...
Oh, Tyrel said some really goofy things after coming out! LOL! He was all grumpy they said he couldn't eat of drink until tomorrow and then he goes, "I want to eat apples and bananas" and then started singing that song! Know that apples and bananas vowel song?! LOL! It was funny.
