Little frustrated now :-(

Hi Girls,

I bought several stuff from the shoppe! and have started downloading and I can't open one of the zip-files..... what happened???? Am I the only one with this problem?

Nope ur not the only one....me too. I am using a mac and thought maybe that was the problem even though i never had this problem before but yes, I downloaded tried to unzip the same folder that opened another zip to another zip to one not even ending in .zip. lol. Waiting to here when to redownload. I already deleted the files assuming there is a prob with the files and I can redownload when I get the ok. Sorry to hear others are having the same problem though. :thumbdown:

I just got the one thing, but I can't open mine either. There was sure to be a glitch with a whole new store system. I'm sure Robin'll get it sorted out soon

Yah no worries here. Just gonna go to bed now (5am here) and sure it will be sorted soon. Should have went to bed and saw the grand reveal in the morning in the first place, lol.

OH NO!!!!!!!!! That's the pits! I'll point somebody with power this way ASAP!
