ewwwwwwwww

So - we neglected to wrap our Christmas tree box when we purhcased it last year. We typically try to wrap it completely in heavy duty garbage bags before we store them. We don't always and have never had a problem. This year....EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

Opened the brand new box (got it on cheap clearance last year at Target) and it's infested :( Thankfully all the buggies are dead, but EWWWWW.

So - my PSA to everyone - WRAP them if you're storing them outside.

HA!

Unfortunately, we'd have a whole different kind of eww at our house with a real tree - I'm highly allergic..so can't do it :(

same here with the real tree and the allergies and stuff in our house. plus i like to reduce, reuse and recycle.

EEeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!! At least they're dead!

We are allergic to the real stuff too, Darcy. But we store our pre-lit (thank god) fake tree in its box in our basement. I'm always worried about finding a dead mouse in the box for some reason. We don't have a mouse prolem, but I'm so afraid of finding a dead one somehwere.

Oh I would hate to be allergic. I just love to go out and get the tree, its like the start of the season for us! I'm guilty I'm sorry, I like to recycle as well.

ewwwwwww.....I can just imagine what kind of buggies...ugh! Can you see me jumping around and shaking my hands. Gives me the willies!

We used to have an artificial tree, but the cats kept getting into it. As a last resort, we bought a real tree last year and they stayed out of it. DH has allergies, but the tree didn't seem to bother him. So, it's a real tree for us again this year.

Sorry about the bugs, Darcy. :(

Ewww! We store ours in one of those giant green zip up tree bags but we still manage to somehow get one or two dead buggies in there!
