I need to convert some mp4 files to mp3. Any suggestions on a program that will do this? Or hints on how?

I bought NoteBurner - it's awesome, I love it! 
I've used it for about a year or so now, so I can create mp3 discs for the van, and to put the songs on DH's mp3 player (he has an iPod for home and a mp3 player for work - he gets really dirty so doesn't want to take his iPod with him).
ETA: It essentially tricks iTunes into thinking that you are burning an audio disc on a CD burner, but just converts the files to mp3 and puts them in that folder. Sorta like a drive partition but not. Like mine says to burn discs to the K:/ drive, which isn't really a drive, it ends up being a folder like My Music/NoteBurner on my C:/ drive.
