I'm curious to know if anyone makes their own chocolate covered filled candies? Please share your favorite recipes with me....I would especially love to know how to make those Chocolate Jelly Sticks that are filled with a Raspberry or Orange type of jelly....Thanks for any help!:)

Peanut Butter Fudge sounds yummy! I love those chocolate covered jelly sticks. I found a recipe here. Havent tried it so I dont know if its any good or not...

I have made regular fudge before and have helped my grandma durring Christmas in the past. She makes all kinds of yummy goodies this time of year. My favorite are her bon-bons- heavenly soft coconut, pecan centers covered in chocolate.

Oh, I make Peanut Brittle - in the microwave so it's EASY!!! I'll try to remember to post the recipe tonight! PM me if you want it and I forget to post it!!!

The only 'candy' for say that I make is fudge. I use the recipe on the back of the 'fluff' jar and make milk choc and peanut butter.

I made bark last year. Melt any kind of chocolate (white looks and taste great!) and then sprinkle with nuts or crushed candy canes. That's the closest I get to candy making - I'm not a fan of precision in cooking.
