Credit Card Rewards

We have a Citibank card and I can get quite a few gift cards with it. I have never cashed in my points and a lot will expire if I don't use them by the end of this month.

Does NE1 know how long it takes for them to send you the gift cards? I keep forgetting to call during "normal business hours".

I don't know about Citibank, but Amex takes less than a week.

Chase took about 10 days. I'd bet you'd have them before Christmas.
