I saw another thread about calendars, but I am wondering about printing the wall calendar I bought of Zoe's ... has anyone else had these printed somewhere? I'm actually considering buying ink and paper and printing them at home (or printing on cardstock I already have, but I know it will suck up the ink *sigh*), but will have to run the numbers ... might be more cost effective to print somewhere since I'm going to have to have them bound somewhere also.
I haven't made a calendar since 2005 - the first year I was scrapping, and THAT time I totally messed up ... I took nice prints from my printer and went to Kinko's and had color copies made on my OWN cardstock ... and it cost me just as much if not more than if I'd had them printed somewhere on their paper. (I was really really behind and had them printed on Christmas Eve ... the guy didn't give me a price beforehand and I think he told me $160 for my 6 calendars ... he cut the price in half for me out of pity I think because I started to cry. He was counting every page as a color double-sided copy even though the back was black and white ... omg, I thought I was going to faint when he told me the price!!
But I digress ... to avoid trouble ... either printing them all myself entirely, or printing somewhere else. If I had gotten my act together I'd have ordered 8x10 prints from Artscow a while back and then had them bound here somewhere, but I didn't. (Why does everyone charge so much for an 8x10 print??) So ... any suggestions? Wow, sorry for my babbling.
