Wrong Shutterfly Card

Not happy! When I ordered my cards from shutterfly, I uploaded a few versions (changed the sentiment- twice!) Apparently I only saved once- with the first version. However, when I did the final order I KNOW I used the newest version I uploaded- but I received my order yesterday and it is the FIRST version! Ack! I emailed them to ask about it, but they are saying that the old version is the one they received for processing so that is the one I should have received. How is this possible? Did I do something wrong or did they do something wrong? It isn't the end of the world, as they are still cute... but I will always be secretly annoyed that they aren't the ones I KNOW I ordered.

Oh man! I'm sorry! That's a bummer. I've never ordered from them, so I don't know how that works. I hate it that you aren't thrilled with your card though!

no, that is the problem with Shutterfly. Once you order you can't be sure on what version you choose. Been there with photobooks, but that time was my fault

I was really paranoid about this last year with calendars b/c I had slightly different versions with different dates on the grids. But I think I got the right ones.
