know of any neck stretches i can try/do?

too many hours at the computer these days.

i'll take a massage. anyone?

Samara's idea is way better than mine. Although I do often call Jordan down, or go up to him for this purpose. Working with you man has it's advantages :p

I usually just do neck rolls and rub my own neck if he's not around.

Let's say that I maybe misread what you wrote Col.

LOL! I can only imagine. :p

He dropped $1500 on a new tv and sound system for the bedroom today too. I deserve a good rubbin for allowing that. :p (Now I'm just putting your mind in the gutter with reckless abandon.)

sit in a straight-backed chair with your feet flat on the floor. Reach your right arm up and over to your left ear and *gently* pull your neck to your right shoulder. Hold it for 10 breaths, release and repeat.

Then do it with the left side.

Good luck friend. My neck is really jacked up too.

lock your fingers together behind your neck, make sure you are sitting or standing straight with your head as straight as you can get it, elbows out to the side and gently push your elbows back. (sometimes it will pop) It always make my neck feel better.

mine too, I think the way I was sitting to watch tv didn't help. *owch* sorry I can't suggest anything, I can never get mine to go away

yes, tracie. i need to go to the chiro so badly. i used to go twice a month. then lowered it to once a month. :( i need to go. today.

you know what jessica...i have tried those rub on things per my chiro's rec. they make me feel so weird though. something about how they kinda numb the area freaks me out. maybe i need to bite the bullet and see if it actually helps with the pain. if it does i can prob get past the annoyance of the actually feeling of the menthol.

are you taking ibuprofen for the inflamation? And yes, that BioFreeze is great. Just don't rub your eyes until you're *sure* its all off your hands. OUCH!!

Yes cannot stress this enough LOL. I have gotten it in my eyes before and it stings something awful. I dont wanna say where my husband has gotten it but lets just say he ALWAYS makes sure he washes his hands REALLY WELL now LOLOL
Just make sure you wash your hands real good after applying.

i took some yesterday, but haven't bitten the bullet today. i hate to think of the damage it can do to my kidneys. anyway...i'm gonna try some bio-freeze (i totally have some) and some more stretches first.
