Kits you would love to see

OK, I'm starting to plan some of our family getaways for the year (God willing), and that got me thinking about kits I will be wanting...so here goes, another wish list thread...what kind of kits would you love to see?

Here's what I'm thinking:

Mardi Gras!
more rodeo/western (we do the rodeo and chuckwagon cookout every year...TONS of pics)
80's (class reunion coming up--YIKES!)
 
First thoughts....

different kinds of food...you name it. Anything!!! I have so many pictures of the boys eating different kinds of food...pasta, tacos, pizza, McDonalds, fruit, etc.....I want to see more food kits.

Cowboys..the boys are in to riding their stick horse and wearing their cowboy hat!

I almost forgot...I would LOVE to see a painting/chalk/coloring/drawing one. My boys got an easel for Christmas and I already have TONS of pictures of them painting and using the chalkboard. I want a really cute painting kit!!!!

I would *HEART* a monster truck kit! My 3yo is a monster truck fanatic and his 4th b-day will most likely be monster trucks.. please please please:)

WOOHOOO! I *heart* you Libby! I'll keep my eyes peeled...dare I break out the Union Jack muscle shirt, parachute pants, and VANS? (honestly I never owned any of those..drats, would LOVE a Def Leppard Union Jack shirt...sigh)
 
I could use more sports kits. I'd love to see another football kit with flag football elements included. Also, a running kit - for track/cross country. How about a Wii kit with Wii Fit stuff????

-Hunting (not camping, not fishing, just hunting... camo, blaze orange, and the like ;) )

-Weight Loss??? I swear I saw one and now I can't find it :blink: (oops, I found it here)

-"Wall-E" inspired!

-In Memory Of (patriotic and "regular" to scrap lost loved ones)

-Faith said she wants me to scrapbook with "Psycho Hamsters" so I told her I'd put the request in *shrug* LOL :D

My ideas aren't really for kits at this particular moment, but give me alittle bit of time and I'll think of some....LOL How about some templates for things like popcorn boxes, "jiffy pop" lid template (for the kind of popcorn you pop on the stove in the little foil pan), french fry template (like fast food places use)....Basically more templates for hybrid crafts....

YES YES YES YES YES! I'd like a popcorn box (you know scalloped top) for us to use to make custom popcorn boxes for birthday or whatever holiday fun. French fry box template sounds like fun too. Different sizes and shapes of boxes...but I would like it EASY to do...not an hour to cut out and assemble with tons of pieces. KWIM?

Go carts! Go carts! Go Carts!

With the tires around the course ... different styles of go carts (I can show you pics of different kinds) ... word art, etc.

....just something different than the regular racing kit...I've used racing kits...just looking for something different!
 
Robot kits...I know that doesn't come as a surprise! I have really used all the kits I have bought ... a LOT!

BOWLING kits! My boys just got bowling balls for Christmas and got them drilled tonight...league starts on Tuesday...mo' pictures mo' pictures mo' pictures! I have IDEAS if anyone needs them.

Basketball kit! Basketball starts back up January 10th! Need a BIGGIE kit!!
 
Penny has some fry boxes in this pack here.. they are already decorated but I'm sure that you could magic wand the white bg out and then layer other papers over it....
 
Botanical kits...like different kits with palettes & textures each inspired by different flowers & plants...I'd love to see a kit with an English Ivy ( :p ) or English garden theme with vines & leaves. Sage green is good!

YES mardi gras PLEASE...i have 5 years of pictures almost...hoping to go again this year god willing..the last 2 years i've been deathly sick..and when i say deathly i'm talking in the hospital hooked up to machines...get out that afternoon go and end up back there..yes i'm a die hard mardi gras nut :)) Born & Raised....

andddd

a Lasvegas kit and a Las Vegas wedding kit both would be totally fantastic..especially since i've got an all paid ticket to a bachorlette party there :D this summer..SOO excited!!

and last but not least...

A Sushi Kit....and maybe a habachi guy thrown in..i'd so dig that...:) have a huge anniversary party i'm throwing a friend..I promise if u make it i'll shamelessly promote it:)

These food ones are already on my wish list!!! I spent way toooooo much today so I have to wait to get them! I am still scrappin from when the boys were really little and they weren't eating that food yet, but they sure love it now!! LOL
 
My kit wish list:

1. I definately second the Wii kit with several Wii related embellishments. Our family got a Wii for Christmas and have had so much fun playing with it.
2. American Girl doll inspired kit
3. Brownies/ Girls Scouts theme kit
4. Washington D.C. theme kit ie. with well-known tourist locations (took a trip here with the family last year and still haven't scrapped anything).

I would love to see some more Big Boy kits...I have teenagers to scrap...Rugged...bold...multi purpose...no specific theme...just more geared toward older boys-
I loved Toys for Boys...I feel like I need to use it over and over everytime I get a great picture of one of my boys!

Ohhh and Julie...I totally need you to do a Basketball kit like GridIron Glory...Inside the Paint it could be called...shoot me a PM if you need some ideas...or our interested in my ideas....

Libby just did her Fifteen kit that was perfect for this, but we can always use more big boy kits!...lots of gray, black, navy colors with all purpose elements (frames, brads, buttons, strings, a cool alpha).

I too LOVE how Julie did her Gridiron Glory kit where you have your choice of jersey colors, so I'd love to see that in the other sports I mentioned - track (pole vaulting, discus, hurdles...it would be EASY to do a kit for this!) that could also be used for cross country running. And instead of a new kit for flag football, how about an add-on to Gridiron Glory?? That would be perfect!

Just some ideas.... ;)
 
LIBBY DEAR, or talented SSD designer with a golf jones -- think Davis Love III golf kit, pretty pretty please? DH got a ton and a half of gift certificates for Christmas, all with 180 day spend it or lose it limits, so we're hitting it much earlier this year.
 
My list is growing by the minute! LOL!

Nettie, love, I PROMISE you a golf kit. I'll move it to the top. :) It might be later this month, but I'll do it for ya! :)

HA! I'd actually decided to do one of these last week when I was making the IOU for my mom and couldn't find what I was looking for. LOL!

I'll have to see if I can find one of the girls to collab with me. We'll make a fun one. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
 
another pregnancy kit, premature baby kit, rememberence/infant loss kit, angel wings, learning to write kit, technology kit (camera, laptop, computer etc) and games console (PS2, DS2 etc) would be greatly appreciated. Hugs Crystal xx
 
SPONGEBOB-INSPIRED?!!? :w00t: I dunno if anyone else's kids are still into him but mine are obsessed! Under water, bright colors, elements made of sponge *drool* I DIE!
