thumbnail previews

I have several kits that do not show a thumbnail picture of the paper/elements. I literally have to click on each one to see what the paper or element looks like. It is a pain!!! This doesn't happen with all kits but enough that I thought I would ask about it.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

That's not normal. But I don't know how to tell you how to fix it. Sorry.
