Circa...1984 or 5.
We knew how to rock our CPD..and I knew how to ROCK out that perm.

I have no idea what mine was named but I do know that my mom had to sew her arm back on because I used to drag her around by the arm when I was real little LOL!

LMAO!!! I remeber the cabbage patch dolls and loved mine but never thought to take professionals pictures with them, your moms creative, go mom! LOL

Dont' remember mine's names (I had a few)... but luckily I don't have much photographic evidence of these times!

That photo is FABULOUS! :)

OMG Shannon..I can't stop laughing. That picture is pricless.

How do all of you girls remember the names of you CPK dolls?

I actually made two or three of those cabbage patch dolls, lol. They actually sold the heads and then you bought the patterns and material for the bodies and clothes. I just made them for friends and myself, lol. And yes, I even had a couple myself. Getting them when they came out, it was worse than the black friday sales, women fought over them, lol.

Those are the exact CPD's me and my siblings had! :D I had the red head, my older sister had the blond and my little brother had the boy. Funny how I can only remember what my brother's was named...Ian. I guess the girls names were too long to remember. LOL

oh, nice, so very nice.

geez, you and Zak are like twins.

i don't remember having a cabbage patch doll.

Hilarious photo! Some of you don't remember your CPK's names? Tsk, tsk. Did you or did you not promise to be good parents when you took your oath and sent away for your adoption certificates?

Mine were Cornelie Meghan, Kay Alexis, Marvin Aaron, and a koosa Jeruf. I remember going to stand in line in about 1983 to get my first one. They sold out way before we got to the front of the line, so instead we came home with a new station wagon from the dealer down the street. My sister and I were NOT pleased. When we finally got our first ones, they were a part of the family and went everywhere with us. Check out the matching hats we made them for Thanksgiving '84.

That's too funny!!! My sister had a girl doll with blonde hair - don't remember her name. I have a boy with red hair - name Ernest Boyd.
