please please? I had to take Parker to the ER in the middle of the night because he was just inconsolable! At 4 a.m., he had really only had about an hour or so of sleep, all night long. I gave up and took him in. He has what LOOKS like strep but tests negative for strep...he also has an apparent ear infection, and a yeast infection on his bottom and weewee (his poor widdle weewee is all swollen!) Weirdest part about the yeast is that his butt was FINE at his nightnight diaper change. :confused:
He's had a fever for two days as well, but wasn't inconsolable until last night. I was just treating the fever with tylenol because he had no other symptoms.
I'm just feeling upset because this all started 3 days ago when Nathaniel had to spend the last 2 days of his visit in bed sick...vomiting and diarrhea...immediately followed by Naomi getting it...and now Parker too...I have a head cold which I'm not complaining about but it just feels like I'm caring for all of them in a fog, and now I only slept 2 hours last night.
he's out like a light, now. I hope he sleeps awhile.
I have to take him to the Ped today to double check everything the ER doc said...so I'm up, waiting to get through for an appt and then I'm going to try to lay down. I'm just feeling bummed to have had to sacrifice part of my visit with Nathan to the virus gods...and now my baby is sick and I feel like the walking dead.
This all started the day AFTER david went back to misourri, HAHA! God sure does have a sense of humor LOL!
