Secret Life of Bees

Has anyone here seen the movie? I saw it about a month ago now, and I LOVED it so much! The other threads about "Seven Pounds" and what a tear-jerker it was reminded me of this other one.

When my sister and I went, we were the only ones in the entire theater (love me some cold Sunday nights!), and we literally bawled our eyes out. I had tears rolling out of my eyes, my nose was running and we didn't even care. My neck & cleavage was totally soaked (sorry if TMI, but its true!!) from all the tears!

It was one of the best movies I'd seen in a long long time.

oh wow i had no idea it was out now! i want to see it, i imagine i'll have to wait for it to come on dvd. its one of my favourite books though

Yeah, when I saw it out in theaters, I was like "Hey, thats a book!", lol! Haven't read it though. I will be getting it from the library soon! Is it a good cry book too?

Kristin you knew it was out..we were talking about it it came out the friday after they were all on oprah

I had planned on reading the book and got sidetracked..I'm gonna read it then probably get the DVD when it comes out.

I've read the book and it was awesome! It made me cry... I haven't seen the movie yet, but it is on my must see list!

I want to see this one also! I LOVED the book.....

I loved this book! I was thrilled to see that the book made it into a movie! Maybe now that this crazy holiday season is over I'll find the time to go see it.
