Ok, I went to Atomic Cupcake and downloaded some effects. I want to install them in my PSE6 but I can't figure it out. Attached to the effect is installing instructions but it is for #3&4. So I am a little confused. Can anyone help or at least head me in the right direction? Thank you so much!
