Left the ISO on 1600

Yeah, I'm a big airhead. I can't even remember why I had it up that high, some sort of ridiculous experiment for sure. Left it there when I switched to aperture mode.

So I wondered if this photo can be saved. It's way too much red in there and I can't seem to fix it without turning her skin tones grey (stuck with pspxi, no photoshop actions or lightroom goodies). What else do you see here that desperately needs help? I'm scared of the ILP forum. So asking you peeps. Throw out the CC, I really would love to hear it! :thumbup:

My first thought would be to turn it to black & white too!

actually it looks fine to me as originally posted, just a tad red I guess?
 
I think it's an adorable photo as is Amy! But I had a couple of different plays with it in Lightroom using various presets I have :)
