Update On My Gran...

I wanted to let you all know that Gran seems to be doing better. She got to come home!!! I'll be spending some nights over there to help out, but it's much better than sitting in a hospital (especially since they only live one street over). She's on some new meds, she's going to have a home health nurse come in 5 days a week for now, and she's weak and tired, but thrilled to be home!!! She's even going to have some PT to help regain some strength in her legs/ankles and increase her mobility. She sees her reg. doc tomorrow, her cardiac doc next week, and an alzheimers specialist the following week.

Anyway, I appreciate all the thoughts and prayers and any more that you can offer over the coming weeks.

That's wonderful news, Jennifer! And it's great that she's going to be getting the help she really needs at home so that she doesn't have to stay in the hospital any longer.

Aww I am glad that she is doing a bit better and able to go home. Its so sweet that you take such good care of her too, hugs honey!
