DH and I are off to join the local fitness center. This place is huge and they are offering a $35/month for 12 months for the WHOLE family deal because of where I work.
I'm scared...and excited! No more excuses for flabbiness. I will have a personal exercise routine fitted to my body by a personal trainer...it's gonna be great.
Can't wait to loose the flab!:thumbup:
 
EEEEE That's so excellent!! Enjoy it Mandy! My mom has been paying for a personal trainer for a few weeks now and she LOVES it. She's making SUCH progress with her weight loss goals!
 
So great!!! I love my gym, and it's such a good deal. I'm definitely getting a personal trainer the next time I'm pregnant, so that I can safely work out and not gain 50 lbs like I did the first two times. (eek!)
 
Great news! I love our gym. They run specials from time to time on personal trainer sessions & I'm waiting for another one to get some time myself.
 
WTG Mandy!!! I just joined a 24 hour gym last weekend and am loving going. It's literally less than 2 min. from my house and when the weather breaks, I can walk there! Best of all, it fits my hours since it's open 24 hours a day.

we go for our fitness consult Monday evening - a trainer will set up a program for us for whatever we are looking for (which is weight loss!!)
 
That's awesome - gooo Mandy!! I need to figure something out for myself...I know I'm not motivated enough to go for walks every day, but I don't really have options where I live (all we have where I live is a post office, lol).
