If Paypal is showing the money 'transfer' was completed on Saturday.. why does my order still have a queued status? Help.. anyone know the answer?

Kel, just send an email to Robin...the store has occasional hiccups that marks orders as queued and if she sees them she usually pushes them through...she may have missed yours. So send her a quick email and she'll get it straightened out for you ASAP! :)

I did on Saturday.. I wasn't sure if it was something I had done to my SSD account or to my Paypal. TY!:)

Is it possible that the credit card attached to your paypal account has expired? I believe that if that happens, it defaults to an echeck which can take a few days to clear. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong)

no Libby.. all is well with the account because I checked that too. I was wondering if it had gone through like an e-check but it hadn't. Thanks for trying to help. I'll just wait for it to be released.

This happens to me, too, when I use paypal. Robin usually pushes them through. Sounds like you already emailed her, so I'm guessing she'll get to it as soon as she can.
