Why do the spam ads say that the following people all, by some freak act of God, have an IQ of 127:

Barack Obama
George Bush (He ranges between 118 and 130ish, I've noticed)
Paris Hilton
Britney Spears
Hilary Clinton
Sarah Palin
and
One of my friends (oh I know who)

Surriously, how? lol

its funny because when Im on facebook it says everyone of my friends has an IQ of 122 and everytiem I veiw a new page it says a different person.
