So we put an offer on a house last night - today they countered with a still really good offer and we are excepting it!! I can't believe that at the end of the month we are going to own a home!

Here is the pic from the realtor's site. It's not that big but I will give you the idea.

The inside is gonna need alot of decor updates. The upstairs bathroom has a yellow tub and sink and the basement bathroom has a blue toilet and sink. It's only cosmetic though - the house has been very well maintained.

We signed the paperwork on the accepted offer tonight and now it is only pending on the inspection. We will close on Feb. 27th.
