Not happy.....

I ordered my camera strap from Cotton Candy on Jan. 20th. Received an e-mail that said it was sent to USPS for processing on Jan. 27th. I STILL have not received my strap. I sent an e-mail to Natalie Wed or Thurs and haven't received a response.... :( I really, really want my strap.
 
Thats weird, Kat. Because Natalie always responded to my emails immediately (as in, within hours or less). Maybe she's on vacation or something...
 
I just sent her another e-mail. I guess I'll wait until Tuesday or so to hear back. I'm trying to be patient but it's been 3 weeks!!!!

I hope you get it resolved soon Kat, I know that I have never heard anything but awesome things about Natalie and in fact have a strap picked out and getting ready to buy!
 
Sorry your having a hard time. I too have heard nothing but great things about her and can't wait to get some money saved up to get my strap.
 
I have no idea who you're talking about, but if you're still in the market for a strap, I received one as a gift from Jaime Young's Baubles and Bits etsy shop (although it looks like she's on vacation until February 13).
 
Well, I did hear back from Natalie shortly after I emailed her this morning. She has been looking into this and I am sure that the post office lost the package. So, she is making me a new strap and sending it out early next week! YAY!!!!
 
I am convinced that mail has slowed down... they must be getting lazy or cutting costs or something to save money because things have been taking sooo long to get to me lately.
