Question about the shop

How can I get my links reset here at SSD - I've clicked 5 times over the past hour and have got nowhere - it could be my internet connection but the kit I am trying to download is huge - 165MB or so

There's directions for getting your links reset on the front page of the store I think you just email Robin.
