Skinny Jeans gals...

I cleaned out my closet today and found a pair of jeans I had thrown to the back a few years ago; I could've sworn I threw them out but was so happy to pick them up and put them right on with ease. YEAH, that's right baby I am in my SKINNY JEANS and they are loose! WOOT for me!!!!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Since these are the jeans I wanted to get back into and thought I had thrown away I used a skirt for the Skinny Jeans experiment, I fit into that too and it's loose on me too! And I haven't stopped working out and losing!!! Anyone else have any updates?

ETA: The last time these jeans fit LOOSE on me was 10 years ago! I remember because DH & I were in Germany and we were able to visit my sister while we were deployed in the Air Force! I am smiling so big today!!!!!!

AH thanks Fizzster!! It feels good to be wearing a pair of jeans that I last wore in my EARLY 20s!!!!!!! I am only 33 but it has been a LONG time since I felt "skinny"!

what a huge accomplishment...you've earned every pound off!!!

That's amazing Jami! You deserve to treat yourself to something big! LOL
I'm starting my diet today! My mom has a hard time losing weight on diets & she's doing this one & averaging 2-3 pounds a week! So, I'm starting today! Plus as soon as I get over this flu & regain some strength, I'm gonna start excercising again! And my inlaw's are giving me their treadmill! YAY!

My diet is this:
1 soda a week (seriously), water with lime or watered down Crystal Light is all I drink otherwise. I eat Lean Cuisines or Healthy Choice or something equivalent for lunch and have portion control for my dinners. I have increased my protein intake and eat a steak once a week or once every other week. I only eat non-fat or low-fat cheese and I don't eat a lot of bread. I only snack on 100 calorie things or yogurt and give myself a fat day where I don't have to monitor what I eat once a week. This alongside with working out 3 times a week is how I have achieved my weight-loss goals.

Nothing changes if nothing changes so diet & exercise have to go hand in hand if your goal is LOSING weight.

Awesome, Jami!!!!!
I'm standing still weight wise since SJ but now that the weather is turning, I hope to drop more weight! I just got back from working out! :)

Wow Jami, that's fantastic! I was thinking of you yesterday and wondering how you were going. Me, I'm stuck. I lost doing the Skinny Jeans Experiment but since then nothing.... although..... I may not have lost on the scales but me clothes sure do "fit" better, so maybe I'm toning but not losing, does that make sense? I exercise 4 times a week, 2 step classes, Body pump and I have just added pilates and aqua aerobics in the last three weeks..hmmm maybe four weeks.
