LOL! I was saying similar things about WI yesterday. High of 54° in Feb?? Not right, just not right. We actually beat the previous record high which was set in 1879 or something like that.
 
I think we beat ours too... it was 63 earlier according to weather bug- and our previous recored was 62 in 81
 
I went out to get lunch today and drove with ALL the windows down. This kind of weather is my FAVORITE.

But, I'm gonna be really bitter when Mother Nature stops this menopause and throws us back into winter. :glare:
 
hahaha you just cracked me up col. lol yeh that's my complaint.. the swings. I like having my windows open and all.. but I get so sick going from -346 to 60 every couple days
 
I think its in the 80's here in Florida. I like the cooler weather but also hate the wild swing in temps (like last week going from mid 80's to high 20's)
 
You're telling me about the wacko weather. We just had record RAINfall in ND the last 2 days. We don't get rain in February. And in December we had more snow then we have ever received in 1 month, ever. :blink:
 
A couple days ago, when I'd gone to bed the night before a raging downpour had suddenly hit. When Craig got up in the morning the ground was covered in snow. The clouds broke and it was gorgeous and sunny and quickly melted the snow. Then that afternoon it was beautiful and sunny with fluffy clouds in the sky... and snowing. Bizarre!
 
It went from like 6*C to -20*C overnight here. WTH? BTW, 0*C is "freezing", and it's not normally above freezing in February, but we've had downright balmy weather here for the last few weeks. It'll dip back down to FREAKING COLD but then go back up after a couple days.
 
it's 7 p.m. here now and still 68. I just went to the grocery store in shorts and flip flops!!! I have to say after spending 5 days in New York where it was less than 20 the whole time I was there I was soooooo glad to be back in NC. Be careful what you wish for ...lol I always talk about wanting snow, well I definitely had my fill last week for sure and am ready for spring. I LOVED our weather today!
