I was curious to know if anyone has ever made their own "scratch off" tickets? You know, similar to a scratch off lottery ticket you can purchase at the Corner store, etc.? I had hopes of making Valentine's Day "scratch offs" for my daughter but until I get a new printer, I can't print "jack"....LOL I can imagine making these for Valentine's Day, a Birthday, Christmas, Graduation, etc. I even found "heart shaped" scratch off stickers that you stick on your lottery ticket after you design them....So many wonderful kits to choose from for this idea....*Winner Winner Chicken Dinner would work wonderfully!

I know long ago in the crafting world people made their own scratch off tickets. can't remember what they used for the silver scratch off part though....

Yeah, I remember reading that people made their own "silver scratch off" stuff, but I'm lazy and like quick and easy....So the stickers would be better for me....Once I get a new printer I'll be in business....LOL Supposed to be getting one for my upcoming Birthday, but I'm not supposed to know it....:)

I googled it and after seeing what google came up with, I do know remember the crafters buying the scratch off circles, kinda like stickers.

So how do the stickers work? You scratch them and what do they say underneath?

You design your "scratch off" in whatever program you use and you would put whatever prize(s) you want on it....Then you would place the "scratch off" circle or heart over the top of the prize....That way when the recipient scratches it off, the prize would be revealed....Click here to see a great price on the heart shaped "scratch off" (http://www.edps.com/product_info.php/cPath/130/products_id/717) stickers....You can also see a "sample" here (http://www.edps.com/popup_image.php/pID/692)....

Heather, I pm'd you several weeks back:), but guess you didn't get it....I just figured that you were busy and so I didn't worry....LOL

Those are cute- but I wonder what someone would do with 200 of them! :) Well, fundraisers & such, I guess :p

Rachael, I was thinking the same thing because of the large quantity....Perhaps more than one person would go in on them to make it worth it?
