until I go see a specialist for my neck/headaches. After getting into a car accident back in November I have had the worst headaches. They are concentrating in the back of my head and down my neck and causing some numbness in my arm. I had an MRI done and found out I have a bulging disk and a herniated disk which my doctor thinks is the root of the problem with my headaches, neck pain and numbness in my arm. Im hoping itll be something simple to fix this as we have been going to the chiropractor three times a week since the accident happened. That does help alot but then between visits the pain comes back. My sister works in a chiropractors office and she said that the type of injuries I have are not permanent that they can be fixed. My doctor says they can relieve the pain but never really fix them without surgery. I just want the pain gone but dont want to depend on medication to do it or surgery. Im just tired of being in pain all the time though and not sleeping. I feel like a zombie half the time Im so tired. So anyhow cross your fingers that something can be done when I go see this new doctor and I can finally go a day without neck pain and headaches. Ohhh and if youve dealt with this tell me what you experience was and how you dealt with it.
