I need some inspiration

We got wonderful news today. My brother and his girlfriend just found out that they are having TWINS! :thumbup: We are just so overjoyed for them, and I want to do a layout congratulating them. I have a photo of the two of them, and also a copy of the ultrasound. I'm just not sure how to go about doing the layout itself. I need some inspiration. I don't have to use the ultasound pic on it - I could save that for another LO - but I would really appreciate some input and inspiration here. I would like the LO to be something they could frame if they want.
