We just bought a Wii Fit for our V-day gift :)

I'm excited - DH has lost about 120lbs in the last 18 months, and I'm beginning my journey of weight loss to lose even more, and while I know the Wii Fit won't help me loose weight, it will help me learn how to control my body a bit more and give me something else to do besides just cardio right now. We're excited.

Darcy I can't emphasize enough how important diet AND exercise are! Cross training and doing several different kinds of workout classes really made a difference for me. I am down 22 lbs from where I was in Oct and I feel great! GL with your weight loss and congrats on the Wii, I hear they are a really fun and your whole family will really enjoy it!
