I hate Dell.

We have bought 12 brand new computers from them for work now.. for all three offices. They KNEW that the computers were going to be sitting here for a while before we used them. I set them up the end of this month and ONE monitor was scratched. That's the only trouble we've had out of 12 computers. ONE MONITOR. I have been waiting 3 weeks to find out if they are going to replace it, they have NO follow up, I have had to call 5 or 6 times to find out what is going on, people keep promising they will call me back and they don't, and then I was just told they probably won't replace it. Are you freaking kidding me??????? :cursing: Am about to completely lose it on them. Seriously.
 
Dell was pretty good to me for the first few times I had to have issues resolved. Then things went downhill....I won't ever buy another Dell!
 
I could understand if I was asking for a ton of crap.. but one freaking monitor out of 12 computers?? Ugh.
 
I bought my kids a computer for Christmas and got one of their techies to pick out which wireless thing to buy. One day over their 21 day limit I found out he sent me the wrong one and they refused to exchange it for the right one. I feel your pain. I just don't get why they miss that this lousy CS is going to cost them business in such a competitive field.

I would go up the food chain on that one Sarah...good luck.
