We received our Wii fit today - and OW! -it's a good ow though!

Now, didn't someone have a Wiifit group? I'd love input from folks who have had theirs awhile. I love the hula hoop one (go figure, I stink at it in real life) and played it a little too much tonight. I'm tired, and now my hip keeps giving out on me LOLOL
 
Wait until tomorrow!! You'll really feel it. Here's one thing we learned for ski jump and stuff-stay low. It really works the thighs and you do better at it!!!!

I love mine, it made me mad this past week saying I gained 5 pounds, which I totally didn't, so I haven't been playing, but I'm going to start again tomorrow.
 
Yepp, my hips were thanking me too after we got our Wii Fit! I have to admit I haven't done it for a while but mind you I am getting sick or hurting myself otherwise:blink::blink:
 
I really want to get one... especially for the Yoga! Sounds like the hoola hoop would be great for me... my hips are always so stiff, maybe it would help loosen them up. I think as soon as we figure out how DH's paychecks will look with this deployment, I'm going to order one as an anniversary/Mother's Day gift. lol

Darcy! I love the hula hooping too! I am also kinda obsessed with some of the balance games...but I agree...the first few days, owwww. DW just started the boxing, and she hurt so bad, she hasn't been on in three days, lol.

I love the hula hoop too, you def feel it in lots of places LOL.
 
I'm addicted to the ball rolling balance game and I just feel better after doing the yoga stuff. I'm very clutzy and I could never get the tree right in a real yoga class, but keeping in the yellow circle helped me to figure out when I was going wrong. For cardio I'm using we cheer! We bought a mini trampoline for the aerobic exercises to save our knees and feet.
 
I have one, but am thinking of closing it because it's pretty dead. I'm shutting down a lot of the stuff on my site and just keeping my blogs. You are welcome to join...maybe I'll keep it if people start talking! LOL
