Need Input from the Hybrid Goddesses...

I'm *NOT* a hybrid girl. At all. But I'm going to try to make a small hybrid project for one of my students. She is 10 years old and diabetic. She has recently begun logging all of her BGLs in a notebook and today she mentioned how restricting the notebook is because it only has spaces for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Bedtime BGLs. She tests a lot more often than that, especially if she's high or low.
So, I want to make her a simple little notebook that can fit in her supply bag where she can record her BGLs.

Any suggestions, links, or projects you've done that could give me some ideas?

Well my first thought would be to alter a composition notebook. But would that be too big for her supply bag?

I would go to Target, and find a little notebook that would fit in her bag. Then just cover it and make it pretty for her :) They have a lot of little notebooks that have a little elastic band thingy that you can slip a pen into as well.
