We need a thread of praise!

So we have a thread to vent in so let's have a thread of praise!

Here's my praise:
I had a really bummer of week here last week. I lost a challenge I feel I earned and should've one, didn't make a CT call for the 3rd time and just in general was bummed this weekend. But I want to say thanks to people like Aly321 who reciprocate leaving "love" on LOs. Here comments really brighten my day! So YEAH to those of you who reciprocate and leave "love" to those that left "love" for you!

I need to leave love for my fellow CT girls. You guys give me SO much inspiration...and I thank you for your friendship. Even when I'm a little dorky and goofy you always make me feel like a part of the family.

To Robin & the designers - you make it so easy to be here. I have been on several of the "dream teams" and none of them are what SSD is. There's just so much warmth and fun and talent here. I love you guys so much!!!


To all in the SSD community. Thanks for being a part of the site, gallery and forum. You guys are all awesome and I just love chatting with you, getting to know you, getting great advice, laughing, crying and just plain joking around with you. You all are what make this place what it is. I remember about 6 months or so ago, this place was not very hoppin. We had the best designs-for sure but nobody really talked much.
But now look at us! It's just such an awesome place to call home and I'm proud to be a part of it.

I am grateful for my friends here who are so kind and supporting!! I've been in a bad place emotionally with all this going on with my supposed BFF, but I come here and immediately feel better.

So - thank you girls for being so kind to me!! Mwah!

Awww this is a good idea! I want to praise my hubby, whom I tend to bag on more than I should. He works in the building industry that's quickly dying herein CA and has been for years..seems like every month his company lays off someone else and today they laid off Patrick's manager (whom they previously demoted back to P's level and gave a pay cut to). This is praise for my husband because he KNOWS that they're laying off the most useless people first and so he works his ass off every day at a job he HATES so that he doesn't get in the lay off line and thus far all his hard work has succeeded in this, they laid off his MANAGER before him..happy dance for Patrick..go hubby!

I'll go.

Praise for my hubby, like Traci's, is in the building industry. He works his boooootay off everyday -- not only to keep his job, but to keep me home with the kids.

Praise for my mom -- she is planning and paying for most of our Disney trip b/c she wants to be the best Nannie ever!!!

And digi praise to my girls here at SSD who brighten my day EVERYDAY!!!

I am so grateful to be a part of this awesome community! (and my HAWT DIVALICIOUS CT'S)

I just want to say a huge thank you to the designers and to Robin who are having these awesome contests and freebies for the birthday celebration. Y'all don't have to do a darn thing, but you are, and it's so cool. So, thank you SO much!!!!!!!!! :wub:

Praise to my husband who fulfills my every need. And a thanks to him for working so hard to provide for us.

And a huge thank you to my CT for supporting me more than my bra does.

Thanks to Darcy for always being there and listening to me.

Praise to God for blessing me with 2 happy healthy beautiful children, a WONDERFUL husband who works so hard and sacrifices so much for his country and his family, and GREAT parents who help me so much!

And an extra special praise knowing that I'll see that sweet hubby in 8 days and that he will get to see his baby girl who he hasn't seen since she was 5 days old!!!

Praise to my mostly-wonderful DH who does far more than he has to to help keep our home running smoothly.

Praise to my children, who I swear are among the sweetest in the world.

Praise to my family...I wouldn't be who I am today without them.

Praise to all my digi-friends who freely give the love when I need it most. You all make me laugh, give me hope, and make me feel like a better person.

Praise to my amazing CTs for putting up with me and for being an amazing source of support and inspiration.

Praise to Robin and all the SSD designers and babes who are beyond generous with all of us and make this the best place to be.

I just want to repeat what Jennifer (above me) and Amy (below me) said!! (I am just not good with words) That is how I feel! Except for the CT part. NOt on one...yet! one day!...maybe!

First praise to all the amazing peeps here, who inspire and uplift me even when I'm having crappy days!

Praise to the babes for awesome challenges and keeping this place running and rocking! I wouldn't be where I am now if it weren't for them continually getting me to think outside of my comfort zone.

Praise to all my fab designers for letting me be on their teams, putting up with me, and inspiring me to always improve my scrapping.

Praise to all the other designers who keep making fabulous stuff, that keeps my paypal account active!

Praise to Robin just cuz I kinda like her.

Praise to the birthday celebrations and every other awesome thing that happens around here.

Praise to my girls. You know who you are, and you know why


And last but certainly not least, praise for my family. I have a great DH who even though he ticks me off regularly has one of the best hearts out there. And for my sweet and beautiful boys...I'd be lost without them.

This is why I want to praise Sweet Shoppe's community. This community is one of my favorite communities out there. I just can feel the love and happiness everyone has here. We are so supportive of each other, and are some of the nicest ladies out there! I've been hanging around sweet shoppe for sometime now. I have placed a number of applications in with designers in hopes of making their teams. It makes you feel down when you don't get selected, but I still feel good afterwards. I feel ssd chooses best.

I love ssd gallery as well. I get some of the best "love comments" of any gallery I'm part of.

As other praises I want to praise all my ct's I'm on, and all the other communities I'm involved in.

Of all my biggest praise goes to my hubby!!! He is my strength, inspiration, and love of my life.
