I am a little more than annoyed right now! So, I made my sister's wedding announcements and it included info for the reception, not for the ceremony (since not many people are invited to the ceremony). I gave her the JPEG and she never sent me an invite. Ok, I was a teensy bit sad about that. I have thought THIS ENTIRE TIME that the wedding was the same day as the reception. I *JUST* found out like a minute ago that the ceremony is on FRIDAY in the middle of the day. NO ONE TOLD ME. I am her sister and a bridesmaid. I'm a little pissed, especially considering the fact that I didn't give notice to work that we needed that day off!!! UGH! I could scream. :cursing:

Oh, and add this to the fact that I'm really stressing over the fact that her mom will be there (who I refer to as "Ursula" because she looks exactly like her) and I do NOT want to see her. ACK!

Seriously, is she always this little bit flaky or just wedding jitters! I'm sorry you are going to have to stress out about it and why in the world didn't she send you an invitation? Cost?
 
wow. thats obnoxious. I don't see how "miscommunications" like this happen in regards to such a big event.
 
Well that is just lame!

I was flying to Scotland to be the Matron of Honour for my cousin in her wedding, but she still sent me an invitation!

Geez!
 
ummm, i do this kind of thing all the time. {ducks head} I always *think* I've told people what I have planned and then just assume they know because *i* know.

But since this is about YOU, I'll join with the group in condemning your sister. I hope you have a great time at the wedding anyway.
