has anyone done these yet? I'm sure you could use scrapbook paper on a couple of sides to art it up a bit...
i'm wondering how you would display it.

I've made these before with wooden cubes I got my brother to make for me. I had photographs, papers and embellishments on different sides and my friend just stacked them up on her shelves and then when she got bored of those photographs she just turned them over and looked at the other ones :)

I know how to do them, I just want suggestions on how to display them, lol...
i don't want to give my MIL a set of blocks, she's a clutterfreak enough as it is... but I thought they were so cute, maybe an artist's easel or picture ledge?

I would just stack them on a shelf or desk.

I have a set that came in a wooden box - so you can decorate the box and leave it closed, or have the box opened and see the 'puzzle' inside. I always wanted to make it for my MIL for Christmas, but it's never gonna happen.

Mine has 16 blocks, but it's the same premise.
Here's another way:

I can't find an image of the product I have and can't remember who made it. However, if anyone is interested in it for postage...I'd be happy to mail it to ya!

I just have mine sitting on the mantle so I guess I'm no help LOL!
Oh wait...a woman at Michael's once described to me that she displayed hers in a little wooden tray. If I remember right she had 10-12 of the smaller cubes that fit inside the tray.

The cubes I made for DH are on his desk. My cubes are pretty small, so they don't take up too much space. I think they are totally cute...they are one of my favorite hybrid projects!
