Hi!
I was wondering if anyone can tell me how I know what has been backed up to Mozy? In Carbonite, there is a little green icon, so I know... in Mozy, I can't really tell. Is there an easy way to tell? Thanks in Advance!

if you open my computer, and then open a folder, everything that's not backed up will have a red exclamation point, the things that are backed up have a green checkmark

Hmmm... just checked and not seeing check marks or exclamation points... When I go to MyComputer, there is a Mozy icon and in there is a list of my files. Do you think this means they are already backed up in Mozy or slated to be backed up?

Check your scrap folder.. the exclamation points or checkmarks are on the actual hard drive files... here's what I mean... let me go get a screen shot.

I just got Mozy the other day and I thought it had finished doing all of the backups, but I don't have any exclamation points or green checkmarks on anything. Should I be worried?

I don't have any of that with my Mozy....


I will say that I LOVE Mozy. THe other DAY I was renaming some files and had a problem and deleted them by accident. Right away, I clicked on Mozy and was able to get 'em back in NO time! :)
