Hi Everyone! I'm new in the community. I have been traditionally scrapbooking for so many years I can't count. I'm a graphic designer by trade, and I just finally caught the digital bug. Sweet Shoppe is one of my favorite sites, so I decided to give this whole community thing a try. The conversations I am reading are so neat! It's like you all know one another!

So forgive me. I have to get down with the lingo I suppose. I don't know what DH and DS mean. I got the IDK one, thanks to the phone commercial. Label me "El Stupido".

Anyway, my name is LilyAnne (yes, really- pronounced like Lillianne). I'm married with no kids, 2 dogs, 1 cat and 3 horses. My husband and I live in Southlake, Texas. He's a cop and I'm a computer nerd. I just had to stick my head in here and say hi!

That is all.

Hey welcome!! You'll love it here. :) It's a fun, addicting place!

DH and DS mean Dear (or darling or whatever) husband and son (there's also DD) :)

And, we're neighbors! I live in Keller! :)

Nice to meet you Sarah! D=Dear. That makes total sense now! Yep, Keller is right in my back yard (kind of). I live up off 114- over near the Cheesecake Factory and all that. We have a ranch in the country out here.

Hi!! Welcome to SSD! In the grand scheme of things, we're kind of neighbors, too! lol I'm over north of Richardson/Plano (right down the street almost from Sarah's parents! LOL).

I'm officially jealous of your land ;)

You all are so sweet! I can completely see the "addictiveness" of it too. I have been hitting the refresh button in the background. Is that bad? Yeah. Probably.

LOL! On Fridays when Sneak Peeks are up, you will be hitting the 'refresh' button 'til midnight when the new kits are released in the Shoppe.... very addicting.

Hi LilyAnne, welcome to SSD. You will love it here!
And hitting that Refresh button is a common occurrence around here. lol

I can see I am in for some fun around here! Lots of local girls here too. Yay about that! We could have a Texas Sweet Shoppe luncheon.

Yeah, it's great here. :) Definitely my favorite place. :)

And I know where the cheesecake factory is! Hopefully, very soon, I'll be right around there at the Baylor hospital in grapevine having this baby! And I plan to have my hubby make trips to various food places around there so I don't have to just eat hospital food. :)

Thanks Rae! (Great name by the way- my full name is LilyAnne Rae Taylor. I've always liked the name "Rae". It was my grandma's name too.)

I personally think Lizzy is an overachiever and a showoff... but I love her anyhoo. (plus she has a nice butt... did I just say that? No I did not. Oh yes I did. OMG)

LOL, Welcome aboard! I, however, am NOT from TX... I'm a MN girl. I just WISH I was in TX.

Hi LilyAnne and welcome, This place is awesome. I'm not much of a poster more a a lurker, but the conversation around here always make me laugh!

Thanks so much Ladies! Is there a directory of blinkies somewhere? I am blinkie-less. I managed to get my little signature up, but I still need some blinkie bling.

welcome to ssd!!

(and just wanted to say Im jealous too...Id love to have a ranch in Texas LOL)

You are so sweet Jessica. Be careful what you wish for, though. We have horses and 12 acres of land. It's a lot to take care of. I do love my house, though. It's big and pretentious- but well earned. I have a photography business on the side, so the studio is here in the house. Gosh... I am rambling. Thanks for the compliment!!

welcome, you'll love it here. I know from experience if you have any questions just post it ;There's always someone here to help!!!!

Welcome to SSD LilyAnne! It's nice to meet you! I know you will love it here and I can't wait to see some of your pages!
