your weekly TV show line-up

First of all I watch WAY too much TV lol..and TIVO just added fuel to my addiction lol...

Mondays - 24, Heroes, Intervention on A&E
Tuesdays - American Idol, Fringe
Wednesdays - Lost, American Idol, Ghost Hunters or GHI
Thursdays - Survivor, Grey's, Supernatural, CSI, Eleventh Hour
Friday - Ghost Whisperer- even though the storyline sucks big time now that Jim is dead and he's in ugly Sam's body lol
 
The only shows I watch regularly are The Biggest Loser, NCIS (online) and Numbers. Every once in awhile I'll watch How I Met Your Mother
 
Mon: Jon & Kate plus 8 & Intervention (I couldn't remember what day this was on, thanks Fizzster)
Tues: Biggest Loser, The Office in Syndication on TBS
Wed: Top Chef, Project Runway
Thurs: The Office, Grey's Anatomy, Sober House
Fri: nada
Sat: nada
Sun: Rock of Love, Army Wives

And I watch Young & the Restless when I can!!
 
Sundays- apprentice
Mondays- chuck, Heroes, and Jay Leno
Last night I also picked up and watched Jimmy Fallon which I think I'll keep watching!

*also I drop in on snl whenever it comes on!*


*those are the only nights I watch tv!
 
There used to be 3 show every night that I would die if I missed. Now....
We watch jeopardy every night, since forever.
I watch Secret Life and Kyle XY on ABC Family with Amanda on Mondays
I watch Grey's Anatomy on Thursday
Ghost Whisperer on Friday (although I agree it sucks with Jim in Sam's ugly body :( )
Brother's & Sisters on Sunday
And the rest of the time we flick through the channels wondering why we pay for cable.
 
Sun- whatever we need to catch up on and in the fall the Texans
Mon- 24, Saving Grace, The Closer, John and Kate (all but 24 are recorded to watch later during the week)
Tue- AI, House
Wed- AI, Lost, Top Chef
Thur- The Office, GA
Fri- Star Wars The Clone Wars (we watch it with the boys)
Sat- In the fall it is college football

Any program could be bumped to watch the Texans, Aggies or Astros.
 
The following are watched or recorded (I record everything, even if I watch it live):
Mon: The Closer, Saving Grace
Tues: NCIS, Fringe, House and The Mentalist are recorded while I watch the first 2 live
Wed: Big fat nothing since they moved my shows (Recorded Life on Mars)
Thurs: Bones, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice
Fri: Big fat nothing
Sun: Brothers and Sisters

When it's on, I also watch So You Think You Can Dance.
We've also caught on that USA runs 3 episodes of NCIS every night starting at 5. So I usually watch those reruns now until my shows come on.

ETA: I also really like Burn Notice (season finale this thursday) and Leverage (season is over)

I used to watch 30+ shows each week (prime time), but I've actually narrowed it down lately...the shows that I watch now are:

Grey's Anatomy
The Amazing Race
Brothers & Sisters
Desperate Housewives

DH still watches the shows that we used to watch together...it's a crazy list and I'm not even sure I could tell you what most of them are...

Heroes, How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, 24, Smallville, CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, CSI, Numb3rs, The Unit, American Idol, NCIS, Knight Rider (he watches it with the kids), Monster Jam (again, with the kids), Fringe, House, Bones, Criminal Minds...I know there's more but I can't remember them, lol...

Sunday - Iron Chef America
Monday - Good Eats if new, House if repeat, Heroes, Top Gear (BBC)
Tuesday - Nada
Wednesday - Top Chef when it's on - but the boys do watch Mythbusters with Daddy
Thursday - ER for 5 more episodes then I've got nothing.
Friday - boys watch CloneWars and Ben 10 w/Dad, DH does SciFi rest of the night.
Saturday - Dr. Who on BBC when it's on

We do watch other shows if we happen to be watching tv if our shows aren't on, but we aren't gung-ho about making sure we see them.

Tuesday: American Idol, Bones, Biggest Loser
Wednesday: American Idol, Life on Mars, CSI New York
Thursday: Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, CSI (even though it's not nearly as good since my Grissom is gone :thumbdown: )
Friday: Ghost Whisperer (I agree that the whole story line sucks since Jim is dead), Numbers

I think that is all but I am sure I am missing some. Ever since TiVo, I don't remember when shows are on anymore, I just program it and watch it all on Friday night and Saturday :) Thank goodness I have two TiVos! :thumbup:

the only things I watch no matter what are not on right now but they are:
DWTS, Can You Duet, Nashville Star

I also watch Good Eats and Chopped and the Food Network Challenge
And SportsCenter. Every. Single. Day.
 
I don't have much of a list. I watch All My Children M-F. I love Two and a Half Men on Mondays. Fridays is Ghost Whisperer but haven't gotten to that much here lately. I try to catch the new Law & Order shows when they are on. But that is about it.
 
With my work schedule so I don't get home until 7 and having Tyler Tu/Th, almost all of this is DVRed and watched when we have free time. Sometimes, it's later that night (though I have a strict 10:30 bedtime), but if it's our kidfree w/e, we might save it for Fri or Sat and watch several shows in a row until we're caught up.

I bolded all the ones that are MY favorites, and we usually watch those first on any given night because of my bedtime. If we run out of time, he will watch the other shows after I go to bed. Ain't he sweet? :)

Mon - The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Two & A Half Men, & as of last night, Rules of Engagement (yeah! I hated watching Worst Week)
Tues, Wed, and/or Thurs - American Idol in winter, Last Comic Standing in summer (depending on which days that week they are airing)
Wed - Gary Unmarried, The New Adventures of Old Christine (I only watch this one b/c Jeff likes it)
Thurs - Hi, My Name Is Earl (J's fave), Kath & Kim, The Office (my fave), 30 Rock
Fri - nothing
Sat - SNL if it's new (though with me being pg, I never make it this late anymore!)
Sun - nothing
 
Monday - CSI Miami, Two and a Half Men, Corner Gas
Tuesday - AI
Wednesday - AI, CSI NY, Law and Order, Criminal Minds...I don't have DVR, so I often miss something here
Thursday - CSI, Greys
Friday - Nothing
Saturday - CSI Miami reruns usually LOL
Sunday - NFL when it's the season, if not, nothing

I clearly watch too much tv but most shows are recorded.......

MON: Jon & Kate, The Closer, Burn Notice, 24
TUE: Nip/Tuck, L&O SVU, Without A Trace, Damages
WED: AI, Knight Rider, Criminal Minds, Life, L&O, CSI NY, Leverage (over now)
THURS: Grey's, Private Practice, ER
FRI: Star Wars/Clone Wars, Friday Night Lights
SAT: whatever is on.....
SUN: NASCAR, NFL (seasonal), DH, Brothers & Sisters

Of course this all changes when shows end and new ones begin...yadda, yadda
 
We usually record Chuck & Heroes on Monday night to watch later in the week, plus Lost on Wednesday. The only other thing we are watching Season 5 of Star Trek Voyager from the library. Exciting, huh? .....

Friday - NASCAR qualifying, Truck Race (if it's on), Star Wars The Clone Wars, Ben 10 Alien Force, Secret Saturdays (those are the boys' shows :D)
Saturday - Nationwide Race

We also record daily Good Eats, Boy Meets Grill and Guy's Big Bite. We'll watch those on nights when there isn't anything else on. Racing pre-empts the Friday night cartoons, so sometimes the boys are "forced" to watch their cartoons on Saturday night instead. LOL!
 
I also Tivo Everybody Loves Raymond Reruns on TBS..if there's nothing else on I like to watch it. He cracks me up lol... "I'm your husband! You're supposed to support me no matter what's in my pants!" lol
 
I am more big on movies and hardly get the chance to really keep up with tv series cause my little ones think the tv belongs to them lol but here is what I do try to watch or dvr it.

Umm, we have a dual-tuner TiVo so we record a lot. :D I don't know what days shows are on but here's some of what's on our Season Pass list:

Lost, The Office, American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, Gossip Girl, Privileged, The Hills, 30 Rock, One Life to Live, The Bachelor, The Amazing Race, Chuck, Top Chef, America's Next Top Model, Psych, Ace of Cakes, Mythbusters, South Park, My Boys, Project Runway, The Girls Next Door, John & Kate Plus 8, Little People Big World

There's also a bunch of random HGTV design type shows that record as well MTV and VH1 shows. We also record The Tonight Show and The Daily Show. These all tend to be lower priority in terms of what gets watched though.
 
we have a duel tuner too. love it!! oh and you reminded me that i used to love little people big world...i saw the dad at the las vegas airport last year. it was bizarre. he went whizzing by me on his little scooter thing pulling his suitcase behind him hauling butt!
 
I DVR my shows to watch after the girls go to bed (except AI).

Monday - Chuck, The Daily Show & I watch my Sunday shows
Tuesday - AI, The Daily Show
Wednesday - AI, LOST, The Daily Show
Thursday - The Office, Greys, Private Practice, The Daily Show (I DVR Earl, but haven't caught it yet this season)
Friday - nothing
Saturday - nothing, but if we're home we will watch Saturday Night Live
Sunday - I record Brothers & Sisters and Desperate Housewives to watch on Monday

Other than that, I usually watch whatever is on CNN & HGTV.

DH watches sports in between all the shows. SO we are constantly flipping back and forth.
 
I watch Heros, Bones, ANTM (my trash tv indulgence :)), NCIS, Generation Kill, Life and plan to take a look at a new series starting next week over here called The Listener.

I also love to catch two in particular UK shows - which if they make it over to the States you should try: QI (a very British quiz programme with Steven Fry, which makes fun of just about everything) and Being Human (excellent, gritty vamp/ ghost/ warewolf series).

American Idol and 24 right now for just me (oh and I sometimes watch The Doctors and The Young and the Restless). I also have been watching The Biggest Loser.

My hubby watches way more. Him and I both love 24 but he also is currently watching My Name is Earl, Heroes, and The Unit (well, this one may be over LOL) and this is on top of all the shows he records and watches on The History Channel!
