To-Do Today

I need to feel accountable a little bit, so I'm going to post my to-do list for the day and hopefully some of you will play along, lol...just mark things off as you finish them:

- Pick up in my office
- Put on a couple loads of laundry *done*
- Fold baskets of clean laundry, put away *done*
- Unload the dishwasher *done*
- Pick up in the living room *done*
- Sweep/swiffer in the kids bedroom
- Design something (lol)
- Water my plants *done*
- Go next door and water neighbor's plants *done*

I'll play :)

- Fold laundry - 4 loads
- Dishes - have empty sink all day :)
- corner mess (that's been bugging me for who knows how long)
- do one or two loads of laundry... and put away
- bathroom... fun stuff
- sort DS3's clothes and take out any newborn stuff he's not wearing anymore

While at work:
Finish New Inlet Design *done*
Design retaining wall
Finish design of Wedding Website Home page

When I get home tonight:
Pick up prescriptions
Mail off additional tax forms
Work on special secret project
SCRAP SOMETHING FOR THE LOVE! :glare:

* wash all dirty clothes and fold during Idol
* thaw some meat for supper

My number one thing is not going to happen apparently... but on my list is:

*HAVE THIS BABY! (I'm not miserable, in pain or uncomfortable, I'm just ready--this is the most pregnant I've ever been!)

realistically (besides the fact that everything has been done and ready for the baby for 1 1/2 weeks!)

*unload dishwasher
*go for a nice long walk
*clean bathrooms
 
laundry
order jacobs birth certificate for school
finish picking up party supplies for friday
clean bathrooms
get laundry room cleaned up before the dryer gets here
clean out toys and make a run to goodwill
put away winter clothes
clean my desk
clean up computer files
defrag computer
 
I'll play! Red ones are ones that I've accomplished!

* dust my office
* finish printing the Leonard genealogy project
* vacuum
* straighten up the living room
* make a doctor appointment
* buy a new phone since mine won't charge
* finish organizing my office shelves
* finish purging the desk

I had a TO DO list today too. I've gotten a few things crossed off, but since it's almost 5:00 pm, not sure how much more I'll get done today.

-clean up living room *done*
-clean up dining room *done*
-dust living room & dining room *done*
-sweep & vacuum *done*
-clean kitchen *done*
-sweep & mop kitchen *done*
-clean main bathroom
-do some laundry (folded & put away)

LOL Col! Make sure this part doesn't end up on your status report if you have those where you work! ;)

Me:

At work:
Create list of contracts and deliverables for new database
Research costs for new server and hosting
Start all the red tape process stuff for above mentioned server

After work:
Stop at card store to get march bday cards
mail bday cards
make something for dinner
laundry
CT stuff
play with puppy :)
go to bed early so when puppy wakes me up I'm not as dead tomorrow as I am today
 
at work:
- finish new pricing list **done**
- code invoices **done**
- water plants **done**
- confirm and invoice all purchase orders **done**
- enter sales into excel and mail invoices to the mines **done**
whoo hoo! all done my work for today!

at home:
- stop at drugstore to get Zantac for Des and Tylenol for sick kids **done**
- pull meat out of freezer for dinner **done**
- fold laundry that is in the dryer
- wash, dry & fold another load sometime tonight
- make dinner
- crack the whip on Cody to do his chores. lol
- keep three sick kids entertained

I am a compulsive list-maker!
Here's mine from when I get home from work at 4pm....

unload dishwasher and re-load w/ last nights dishes
sweep kitchen floor
sort lots of dirty laundry
do at *least* two loads tonight
put away clean laundry

oh, did I mention I have to do all of that between 4 and 5 pm because we have church until 8? I can do a few things after 8pm, but I'm usually exhausted.
Boo on crazy wednesdays. :thumbdown:

Thanks Pam, lol. We don't do status reports like that though, so I should be ok :p
 
1. Clean kids' bathroom.
2. Clean powder room. **done**
3. Pick up tree at Costco.
4. First coat of paint on hall.
5. Fold laundry. **done**
6. Wash sheets. **done**
7. Clean chalk off The Monster's walls.

My list today:
~ put away the clothes that have been sitting in the living room for a month
~ Put away the clothes that have been folded and sitting in laundry baskets
~ fold the clothes that are in the dryer & put them away
~ think of something for supper & make it

Not much on my list today. Good thing, cause Ava and I slept in until 11:15 this morning, lol!!
 
~Balance checkbook done
~Unpack from trip
~Laundry (whites & towels)
~Pick up
~Practice piano for church done
~Go to church
~TRY to do some scrapping done! HAHA! This was supposed to be the last thing to do if I had time left over, but I have all these snow pics I've been dying to scrap! HAHA!
~Schedule hair appointment! done
~Empty the trash

Hmm, I'll give this a shot. I love lists but I often find I make them longer than I can realistically do and just end up getting overwhelmed and procrastinating. :D Today is my DH's birthday so most of these things are for him.

-get haircut *done*
-stop at Target to get birthday supplies *done*
-decorate
-wrap present
-bake cake
-clean kitchen
-straighten up living room

That's everything that HAS to get done today. In my head I have a bunch of other things I would like to get done. :blink:
 
I need to play, too! Purple is done.

-Make dr and dentist appointments for the boys
-Clean kitchen
-Put away 3 loads of laundry
-Write 5 thank you notes
-Practice speech with DS
-Scrap
-Work on (not finish) organizing desk
