Thats really sad... I feel for the woman and wanting justice, but really?? I guess though in those countries, thats the only "justice" a woman can get. Sad.

Everything is wrong with this...

first, what happened to that woman was awful
second, the "eye for an eye" law is awful
third, the fact that someone would *choose* to hurt another person as payback is awful (not that her attacker shouldn't be punished)
fourth, the fact that her eyes are not equal to a man's eyes is awful.

The whole thing. awful.
